Ahem,

Er, a Merry very late Christmas and a Happy New Year. Sorry it took so long, everything was very busy over the holidays (well sorta, but I guess it could also be explained as laziness- but just a little bit!). So, back to school- and the bright spot on the horizon? Well, let’s see,… let’s see… um,… I got it! Family Camp is in ten days! Ok, so it’s only for two days and I think it’s going to be over the weekend so I won’t miss and school, unfortunately, but I think it’ll be fun.

Anyhow, on Wednesday, we went to a place which I have no idea of what it’s called, but anyhow, they have lions and they give tours. And get this! I was bitten by a lion!!! Almost took my thumb off! Well, not really; I can’t even see the mark anymore. And it was only a baby. We all got to pet and hold them. And then we saw a 24 year old lion (that’s a really long life for them) and he’s played in about 200 movies, I think the guide said. The only one that I know about is “The Ghost and the Darkness.” And no, Stephen, I wasn’t scared, it was just slow and not my type of movie. And that’s it. Kinda borin’ ’round ‘ere right now, can’t you tell? Well school time, gotta go…
